Comm skills get-together series launched
An effective communicator is never just a good speaker or a good writer — he’s an entire package. Thus Comm 101: The Communication Skills Get-Together...

The spiritual formation given at Kapuluan is entrusted to Opus Dei, a personal prelature of the Catholic Church. Founded by St. Josemaria Escriva, the core message of the prelature is that everyone is called to become saints through their ordinary work.
Among the spiritual-doctrinal activities imparted at Kapuluan are the following:
Catechism. Students and young professionals volunteer their time to share the faith to elementary and high school students.
Basic Courses & Doctrine Classes. These are weekly classes to equip the fellows on the basics of their faith.
Circles. These are advanced classes that touch on various topics concerning the human, professional, doctrinal, apostolic and spiritual formation of the fellows who have finished their basic Christian doctrine classes.
Meditations, Recollections and Retreats. These are moments of prayer spent on a regular basis to foster conversation with God, that will hopefully be sustained even when the person is alone.
Sacramental Life. Holy Mass, Frequent Confession, Benedictions, Vigils. The chaplain of the Center makes himself available for the fellows to deepen their sacramental life.
Novena to the Immaculate Conception. Nine days before December 8, we invent ways to show our love for Our Lady.
Chat & Spiritual Direction. Those who want to go deeper in their formation can avail of spiritual direction offered by the chaplain and the staff of the Center. In this way, the formation is customized according to the needs of each person. Kapuluan welcomes persons of all faiths in keeping with the spirit of catholicity and openness which characterize the Church.
